Role Summary
As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include managing customer transactions and invoices, as well as overseeing collections to maintain the integrity of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect necessary data to accurately prepare invoices and verify pricing.
- Monitor available funds with financial partners, track customer payments, and initiate reminders when necessary.
- Conduct bank reconciliations on behalf of financial partners.
- Record fixed assets in the designated system in compliance with US GAAP and statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Fundamental understanding of accounting principles with relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in financial management software (experience with ERP systems).
- Familiarity with SOX compliance regulations.
- Knowledge of customer accounting standards and practices.
- Basic proficiency in professional English.
