Job Description: Childcare Professional

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of childcare professionals. In this role, you will play a vital part in the development and well-being of young children.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a recognized certificate in early childhood education support.
  • Possess current First Aid training.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the institutional environment, challenges, and regulatory framework within early childhood education.
  • Have a comprehensive grasp of the physiological and psychological needs of children.
  • Exhibit proficiency in organizing and conducting engaging activities for children.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and adapt communication styles to diverse audiences.
  • Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Display responsiveness, diligence, and autonomy in managing and overseeing activities.
  • Maintain a strong sense of public service and uphold discretion and confidentiality.
