We are seeking a driven Area Sales Manager – Commercial Catering to join our team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead prospecting efforts to acquire new clients, retain existing customers, and reactivate inactive accounts.
- Analyze customer needs, identify growth opportunities, refine expectations, and recommend suitable products.
- Drive sales volume for all product categories, with a focus on key ranges for each client.
- Differentiate by introducing unique products from our workshops, innovations, and exclusive offerings.
- Ensure compliance with group pricing and commercial policies, including updating and renegotiating price offers.
- Oversee adherence to group processes for food safety compliance.
Your Profile:
As a trusted advisor, you will provide personalized customer support with a strong presence in the field, building a relationship of trust. Your strong sales acumen, passion for the catering industry and food product sales, negotiation skills, determination, and autonomy will help you achieve your goals and retain clients. Previous experience in B2B sales in the out-of-home catering sector is preferred, along with knowledge of food safety and cold chain management.
Proficiency in computer tools (Office suite) is desirable.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary + uncapped bonuses and commissions based on revenue and margin targets.
