Position Overview

IPAC Bachelor Factory is seeking a motivated and creative Event Project Coordinator for a collaborative opportunity with a municipal partner. This role is designed for an apprenticeship aimed at obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Event Management and Communication.

Main Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to orchestrate a civic fair, which includes:

  • Assessing the feasibility of the event
  • Proposing engaging activities
  • Identifying and securing speakers
  • Crafting a comprehensive communication strategy
  • Managing the budget
  • Overseeing logistical execution
  • Conducting evaluations post-event
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Familiarity with communication tools
  • Experience in managing event projects
