Job Title: Finance Business Manager Food

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Manager Food to join our Energy Transition and Natural Resources team at Natixis NY Branch.

As a Finance Business Manager Food, you will be responsible for monitoring the new Food & Agri sector and providing a wide range of solutions to our customers in this sector, including financing, capital markets, and investment banking products.

Your daily duties will include:

  1. Producing ad hoc research notes and sector studies;
  2. Acquiring good analytical knowledge of the industry;
  3. Modeling with Excel to analyze and structure cash flow-based financing;
  4. Performing a financial analysis of companies;
  5. Supporting the preparation of business cases in coordination with other CIB business lines.

You will be involved in the development of the Industry Group's activity "Energy Transition & Natural Resources (ETNR)" which is already supporting customers in the Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Power & Renewables & New Energies sectors in their transition efforts.

We offer training in different business lines and themes around the raw materials and new energy sector. You can then move to other businesses within the ETNR sector or other coverage or more specialized sectors.

This position is based in Paris with the ability to work remotely.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in the banking world, and a graduate from an engineering school in agronomy with a higher education in finance.

You should be familiar with financial statements, credit analysis, and accounting principles, as well as the office package.

You should have a great relationship, very good listening skills, and be recognized for your analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

You should be motivated, a team player, and self-starter, with a strong interest in the energy transition sectors and the agri/food sector.

You should master English with a C1 level.
