Job Title: Associate, Technology Investment Banking

Job Summary:

Bryan, Garnier & Co is seeking an Associate to join our Technology Investment Banking team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and advisory services. You will work closely with senior professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct financial analysis and modeling, and develop and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and advisory services.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support transaction execution and client presentations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including CEOs, CFOs, and corporate development executives.
  • Work closely with senior professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of pitch books, client presentations, and other marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in investment banking, preferably in the Technology sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior professionals.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with experience in Excel and other financial software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
