Job Description

Mercialys, a leading French and European real estate company, is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join its team. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to support the company's commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pilot the marketing strategy for commercial operations and deploy it locally
  • Define animation and communication plans
  • Manage PLV/publicity dossiers: write briefs and follow up on projects with external providers (communication agencies, printers, etc.) within the agreed deadlines, quality of deliverables, and budgets
  • Ensure the quality of marketing at the local level
  • Develop digital assets using tools like Canva, Adobe, and others
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance and provide recommendations
  • Conduct and analyze customer and merchant studies
  • Coordinate external providers (community managers, advertising agencies, writers, concept and theatricalization agencies)
  • Develop BtoB strategy with merchants (marketing meetings, notes, etc.)
  • Monitor competitors in surrounding areas and other commercial hubs (city centers, outlets, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing consistency
Requirements:
  • Degree in marketing and communication (Bac +5)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
  • Graphic design skills
  • Creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, strategic analysis, and ability to take a high-level view of topics
  • Knowledge of the retail and commercial centers sector is a plus
