About the Role
Pierre Fabre Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Operational Excellence Manager. This is a key role that will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot the continuous improvement process across our operations, ensuring that we are always striving for excellence.
- Contribute to the improvement of safety and working conditions, ensuring that our employees are working in a safe and healthy environment.
- Apply quality management procedures and QHSE reference documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the protection of the environment and the safety of people and assets across our operations.
- Ensure the smooth operation of our MES tool and the accuracy of our data.
- Develop, animate, and exploit performance indicators for our production process (TRS, yield, etc.).
- Propose action priorities for our operational activities.
- Deploy best practices from our group across our operations and ensure that our employees are aware of and adhere to these practices.
- Analyze workflows through Muda hunting.
- Pilot continuous improvement projects (SMED, micro-stops, Muda Hunting, etc.).
- Participate in studies and investment projects.
- Contribute to the improvement of quality, reliability, and traceability of our quality management system.
- Participate in studies and investment projects or modify technical data in liaison with central methods and/or Industrial Director.
- Integrate change control procedures.
- Take charge of resolving recurring, complex, and/or transverse deviations in liaison with support functions (central methods, AQ/CQ, EDP, purchasing).
