We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Electro Mobility Deployment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment of our electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the logistics of our electric vehicle charging infrastructure, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.
- Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Manage and coordinate the work of external contractors, ensuring high-quality installations and timely completion.
- Monitor and control the financial aspects of our projects, including invoice validation and contract management.
- Provide technical support to customers, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a technical focus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in technical support and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
