Electro Mobility Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Charge Point Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, from logistics to technical support.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the delivery of charging points to customers, ensuring timely and efficient logistics.
- Manage the installation process, including site visits and technical support.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, using our CRM system.
- Relevant technical degree (Bac +2/3) and significant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Professional-level English language skills.
