We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team at Kryptos Technologies limited.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, information security, and IT, with experience in implementing security controls and managing risk.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating risks to information assets, developing and implementing security policies, and providing regular reporting to senior business leaders.
The role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well in a dynamic environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities of the Cybersecurity Consultant will include:
- Identifying and evaluating risks to information assets and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Developing and implementing security policies and procedures to protect information assets.
- Providing regular reporting to senior business leaders on the current state of the information security programme.
- Supporting the development and implementation of global security policies.
- Providing clear risk mitigation directives for projects with components in IT.
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience and success in risk management, information security, and IT.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or other similar credentials.
- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT, and NIST.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate information security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, and the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment.
