Ocergy is a technology developer in the floating offshore wind industry.
The company was founded in 2019 and has a staff of 20 people.
Key Responsibilities- The administrative assistant will perform various tasks, including administrative duties, tracking and submitting engineering deliverables, and managing internal workflow.
- Assist the projects team in managing engineering deliverables and maintaining workflow based on OCG doc control process.
- Transfer comments from clients on PDF documents to Excel spreadsheets.
- Take minutes of meetings during internal meetings or meetings with clients.
- Fluent in English and French, with excellent English language skills.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Adobe.
- Experience with SharePoint is an advantage.
- Organized and quality-focused with a dynamic, patient, and detail-oriented approach.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Contract type: CDD (20hrs or 35hrs per week) for 9 months.
Salary: Equivalent full-time salary: 2,200 Eur/month, to be discussed based on experience.
Location: 5 days of remote work/week, with an onboarding week at the office in South of France.
