Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Baxter. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing technology and driving IT efficiencies across our application stack.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with business, product owners, and tech delivery and operations teams to gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements on small/medium size projects.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing across processes and projects; manage development and execution of unit/system test cases, scripts, and plans.
- Support on driving IT efficiencies across the supported application stack by identifying opportunities for application portfolio rationalization to lower IT's cost to serve while reducing business risks.
- Participate in creating an ideal environment in which IT drives a “one IT” mentality and collaborates across its own matrix to provide the best outcomes for our business peers and customers.
- Familiarity with information models and Healthcare industry data standards such as automation and agile architecture.
- Having an IT technical understanding.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of business and technical stakeholders.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst, with a number of projects delivered.
- English language proficiency written and spoken.
- Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile and hybrid project management frameworks.
