Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct market analysis using cutting-edge tools like NPD and SAP to understand how our products are performing in the market.
* Analyze competitor data to gain insights into our performance and identify opportunities.
* Craft pricing proposals that reflect a deep understanding of market dynamics and our brand's architecture.
* Support new product launches by providing valuable insights and competitor benchmarks.
* Offer daily support, insights, and information to keep everyone aligned and thriving.

Requirements:

* A minimum of five years of education beyond A-levels.
* Ideally, candidates should have completed internships in marketing, particularly within the cosmetics or luxury brand industry.
* Proficiency in the English language is essential.
* Strong affinity for premium products and experiences.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
* Excellent analytical and synthesis skills are highly valued.
