Role Overview
As a Lead Financial Analyst, reporting directly to the Global Financial Analyst Manager, you will play a crucial role in Finance & Planning Analysis, focusing on headcount and personnel-related expenses across 19 countries.
Your Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:
- Aggregate data related to headcount, man-days, full-time equivalents, recruitment, and attrition.
- Compute and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as headcount growth, recruitment rates, and attrition rates.
- Examine compensation and benefits data for accuracy and relevance.
- Contribute to the month-end closure processes within the Finance department.
- Assist in formulating budgets and forecasts concerning personnel costs.
- Analyze discrepancies against budgets, forecasts, and previous years.
- Work collaboratively with the Compensation & Benefits team and Human Resources as a strategic partner.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master’s degree in accounting or a related finance field; CPA or MBA credentials are advantageous.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in multinational corporations dealing with diverse currencies and accounting practices, with experience in a Big 4 firm being a plus.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Attributes such as curiosity, collaboration, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of compensation and benefits variances by country.
