Marketing Trade Marketing Specialist

Coty is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Intern to join our team in Paris. As a Trade Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with our global teams and contribute to the development of our fragrance and makeup initiatives in international markets.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the implementation of trade marketing strategies across retail channels to establish Coty brands and accelerate market share growth
- Monitor market performances and provide insights to the global trade marketing team
- Collaborate with internal teams such as merchandising, digital, influencer marketing, media, and global promotions to drive business growth
- Track and analyze sell-in and sell-out performance at the global level against KPIs and comparable benchmarks
- Run ad-hoc trade marketing analysis and assist markets in their operational requests
- Masters student with prior 6-month internship in marketing or sales or consulting
- Strong business acumen and analytical background with advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in English with the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
- Reliable and attentive to details with a passion for the beauty industry
