Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanic Polyvalent (F/H) to join our team at our site in La Ciotat. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our yachts' engines, machinery, and auxiliary equipment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards, while also adhering to our environmental and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including the inspection and repair of engines, machinery, and auxiliary equipment.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of 2-3 technicians to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Environmental and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with our environmental and safety policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Technical Qualifications: A technical diploma or degree in maintenance or a related field.Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the yacht industry.Language Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is an asset.
