Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanic Polyvalent (F/H) to join our team at our Ciotat site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our yachts' engines, machinery, and auxiliary equipment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards are met, while also contributing to our company's environmental and social responsibility goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of mechanical equipment and components.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets our quality and safety standards, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of 2-3 technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
• Environmental and Social Responsibility: Promote and adhere to our company's environmental and social responsibility policies, ensuring a safe and sustainable work environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A technical background in maintenance and repair, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, with a focus on yacht maintenance and repair.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate with international clients and teams.
