Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Culinary Operations Coordinator to join our team at Accor Hotels. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Culinary & Food & Beverage Department, ensuring the timely and efficient execution of assigned office and business procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner
  2. Perform administrative tasks, including typing and preparing documents, handling correspondence, and answering phone calls
  3. Attend daily F&B meetings and take meeting minutes
  4. Prepare monthly staff attendance reports for payroll purposes
  5. Provide organizational and administrative support to the Director of F&B
  6. Organize documents and maintain stationery and office supplies
  7. Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and problem resolution
  8. Contribute ideas to enhance operational procedures in the hotel
  9. Work efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver quality work
  10. Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and external clients

Requirements

  1. College education in hotel or business administration, with a certified course in administrative management preferred
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with two years in a similar position
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and good typing skills
