Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Culinary Operations Coordinator to join our team at Accor Hotels. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Culinary & Food & Beverage Department, ensuring the timely and efficient execution of assigned office and business procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner
- Perform administrative tasks, including typing and preparing documents, handling correspondence, and answering phone calls
- Attend daily F&B meetings and take meeting minutes
- Prepare monthly staff attendance reports for payroll purposes
- Provide organizational and administrative support to the Director of F&B
- Organize documents and maintain stationery and office supplies
- Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and problem resolution
- Contribute ideas to enhance operational procedures in the hotel
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver quality work
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and external clients
Requirements
- College education in hotel or business administration, with a certified course in administrative management preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with two years in a similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and good typing skills
