Quality Control Manager

As a key member of the regional management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of concrete production in the Ile-de-France region, adhering to established procedures, standards, and budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Quality department, collaborating closely with Laboratory Managers.
- Provide technical assistance to sales teams in project negotiations and validate contractual agreements.
- Ensure the technical viability of concrete solutions, addressing operational and implementation challenges.
- Manage customer and supplier disputes in line with defined procedures, including coordination with risk and insurance departments.
- Participate in the creation and delivery of training programs related to concrete products and regulatory updates.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance documentation, ensuring compliance with evolving standards and audit feedback.
- Supervise NF certification processes, maintaining relationships with relevant committees and responding to audits.
- Ensure the accuracy of quality controls and tests conducted at production sites.
- Optimize material costs while striving for the best quality-to-cost ratio.
- Contribute technical expertise to the selection of raw material suppliers, considering quality, pricing, and cost implications.
You should possess a technical background with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role. A solid understanding of concrete and materials, as well as proficiency in office software, is essential. You should be self-motivated and proactive, with English language skills considered an advantage.
