En tant que Technical Sales Specialist, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie technique en collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale. Votre mission est de structurer et de présenter cette stratégie lors de réunions avec les clients et les parties prenantes internes et externes.
Votre travail se déroule principalement sur le terrain, nécessitant des compétences manuelles significatives pour l'installation de maquettes à échelle réelle.
Principales Missions- Planification et Exécution : Gérer de manière autonome la planification, la préparation et l'exécution des projets d'essai.
- Conseil Technique : Fournir un soutien proactif en matière de réclamations et de formation aux départements internes et externes ainsi qu'aux clients.
- Installation et Supervision : Préparer, coordonner et installer les maquettes et les cadres de test sur le site d'essai, tout en supervisant les tests et la certification de nouveaux produits.
- Communication : Établir des relations avec les clients, les partenaires systèmes, les instituts de test et les autorités compétentes.
- Documentation Technique : Élaborer des plans d'essai, des dessins techniques et des documents techniques à l'aide d'AutoCad.
- Assistance aux Projets : Apporter un soutien technique aux grands projets et collaborer avec les techniciens internes et externes.
- Formation : Former sur site les fournisseurs de systèmes et les parties prenantes clés.
- Mise à Jour des Outils : Participer à la mise à jour des outils internes et à la documentation spécifique.
- Gestion des Réclamations : Traiter et gérer les réclamations de manière efficace.
Vous serez également responsable de votre propre sécurité, santé et environnement dans le cadre de votre travail. Cela inclut la participation active aux formations internes sur la sécurité au travail et l'exercice de votre droit de parole concernant les améliorations potentielles.
