**A propos du poste**
Notre client, un courtier en assurance reconnu sur le marché, recherche un Product Manager IARD H/F pour renforcer ses équipes. Vous serez attaché à la Direction Informatique et chargé du développement des produits IARD à travers plusieurs équipes de développement.
**Missions**
- Encadrer directement un Product Owner sur la partie Produits IARD et fonctionnellement 4 autres Product Owner tout en pilotant les équipes de développement en transverse.
- Piloter les projets IT qui vous seront confiés de la conception au déploiement en production.
- Identifier les besoins utilisateurs par des échanges fréquents avec les équipes opérationnelles.
- Effectuer des études d'impacts et la rédaction des expressions de besoins avec les experts métiers.
- Concevoir et suivre la roadmap produit avec les Directions.
- Capacité à prioriser les tâches et suivre les projets.
**Profil**
Nous recherchons un professionnel expérimenté avec une formation supérieure (Bac+5) en Ecole de Commerce ou Informatique. Vous devez avoir une expérience confirmée (3-6 ans) sur un poste similaire dans un contexte d'agilité à l'échelle et dans le secteur assurantiel.
**Compétences**
- Connaissance impérative de l'assurance IARD.
- Expérience en pilotage de Product Owner.
- Maitrise d'outils tels que Scrum, Kanban.
- Rédaction des livrables nécessaires au lancement, suivi, et mise en place des projets.
