About the Role

The AXA Group Operations is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect Lead Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Group CIO activities, you will be responsible for covering IT Strategy and governance, Technology and Architecture Strategy, and piloting Global Programs of transformation on key technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and Govern Enterprise Architecture: Develop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture for AXA, aligned with the Group Business strategy. Support local entities in aligning their local Enterprise Architecture with Group Targets.
  2. Support Local Entities: Collaborate with local CTOs to ensure proper Architecture governance, and support the definition of Architecture Strategy, priorities, and sequence of modernization.
  3. Contribute to Group CIO/CTO Governance: Participate in Architecture governance, and support local entities in defining Architecture governance for large transformation projects.
  4. Financial Planning and Estimation: Ensure relevant financial estimations are made and integrated into the Financial Plan of local entities to maintain the Information Landscape.
Requirements
  • Strong Experience: At least 15 years of experience in IT Strategy, enterprise and solution architecture.
  • Business and IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Insurance industry, financials, and IT transformation disciplines.
  • Technical Skills: Expert knowledge in Enterprise Architecture, IT strategy definition, and ability to execute evolution of the Enterprise Architecture.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, vision, communication, openness, and international profile.
