About the Position
We are currently looking for a Junior Process Engineer to join our team based in Paris, France. As a Junior Process Engineer, you will be involved in the development and simulation of process flow diagrams (PFD's) with heat and material balances (H&MB's), sizing of equipment and instrument, and drafting of technical specifications and process datasheets (PDS's). You will also participate in safety, environment, and operations reviews (HAZOP, SIL, HAZID, and ENVID), and provide technical support to specialists from the engineering chain.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and independent individual with good communication skills, who feels at ease in a multicultural environment. You should have a basic knowledge of French or be willing to learn it. You should also be fluent in English. You should have a diploma in chemical engineering or process engineering, and solid knowledge in the area of material and energy transformation applied to the Industry (thermodynamics, chemistry, energetics, and fluid mechanics). You should also be familiar with process simulation tools, such as HYSYS, UniSim, PRO II, or ProSim.
