Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Sales Expert - Client Executive to establish the account strategy early on and guide its technical execution from lead generation to successful project delivery.
- Engage with clients at the executive level (C-suite) to illustrate how to optimize the value of the Lifesciences Industry Solutions portfolio, influencing key decision-makers through regular communication.
- Facilitate clients in their business transformation by re-engineering operational processes.
- Steer the 3DS ecosystem across a series of related projects and program activities to fulfill client objectives and 3DS commitments.
- Oversee the deliverables of all technical engagement teams, ensuring accountability for quality, particularly during gate reviews.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Experience in technical account management from a strategic viewpoint.
- Strong communication skills with C-Level executives and a track record of building robust client relationships.
- Background in pre-sales activities and project execution.
- Organizational skills to effectively coordinate among groups involved in related projects and program activities.
- Solid understanding of industry processes, preferably within the 3DS Solutions portfolio.
