Job Summary

The Director of a Profit Center at Norauto Reunion will be responsible for leading and developing the business in terms of revenue growth and profitability. This will involve implementing a commercial and marketing strategy tailored to the local market, optimizing stock management, and providing high-quality customer service.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Management:
    • Set team objectives
    • Develop and implement a salary policy and oversee personnel management (hiring, training, leave management)
  • Commerce:
    • Analyze the local market and its potential, structure the commercial offer
    • Define a commercial plan and objectives, obtain the commitment of the Sales Force
    • Monitor the budget
    • Oversee the animation of the professional customer base
    • Oversee the management of sales staff (itinerant sales staff and sales staff)
  • Marketing:
    • Develop a marketing operational plan in line with the company's strategy
    • Monitor the market and its evolutions, as well as the positioning of the competition
    • Present new products and sales strategies to commercial teams
  • Financial Management:
    • Establish the profit center budget, incorporating group directives
    • Monitor budget performance, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
  • Purchasing Management:
    • Manage all purchasing activities
    • Negotiate financial conditions and payment terms
    • Optimize stock management
    • Optimize transportation and logistics costs

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a commercial field (BAC+2 to BAC+5) and significant experience in managing a profit center, preferably in a technical field related to the automotive industry or other relevant sectors.

The successful candidate will be a strong manager with excellent marketing skills (market analysis, CRM, media planning, and promotional and advertising campaigns). They will also have proven financial management skills (budgeting, expense management, and performance indicators).

The candidate will be proficient in using computer software and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
