IT Crisis Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Crisis Management Expert to join our Global IT Compliance & Security team at Edenred. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in reinforcing our Crisis Management operations and ensuring the effective implementation of our Crisis Management Framework.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain, develop, and implement crisis management policies, procedures, and plans in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including IT, legal, public relations, and human resources, to ensure a holistic response during a cybersecurity crisis.
- Conduct or supervise regular simulations and drills to test and improve the effectiveness of the crisis management plan.
- Provide awareness material, trainings, and guidance to all stakeholders on crisis management.
- Monitor and analyze potential cybersecurity threats and risks and propose proactive measures.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's IT infrastructure and business lines.
- Maintain and implement Crisis Management tools such as mass alerting tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security.
- Proven experience in crisis management, incident response, or a similar role in an information security context.
- Bachelor's degree in security science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT risk, and related regulatory environment.
- Familiarity with common cybersecurity technologies and threat intelligence platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to understand a global context and design a general approach to solve a given problem.
- Ability to understand and take into account business needs.
- Strong skills in documentation and capability to articulate issues and tasks for non-IT staff.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
