About the Job:
As an Educational and Social Accompanist (H/F) at Ergalis Médical Lyon, you will work under the authority of the service chief within a multidisciplinary team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized social support to adults with neurological disabilities living at home. You will work in partnership with the local network to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to adults with neurological disabilities, focusing on their social well-being and quality of life.
- Collaborate with the local network to ensure seamless care and support.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to address the unique needs of each individual.
Requirements:
- Degree in Educational and Social Accompaniment or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
