Key Responsibilities
As part of the GPEEC division, you will oversee the areas of apprenticeships, internships, scholarships, and CIFRE (industrial training agreements for research) under the guidance of the department head and deputy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the execution of the GPEEC strategy regarding pre-recruitment: analyzing departmental needs, ensuring effective recruitment processes, and monitoring various programs ...;
- Managing the budget for apprenticeships and internships while creating management tools;
- Fostering partnerships and collaborative efforts : engaging with training organizations and coordinating with partner departments;
- Providing guidance and support to the network of apprenticeship mentors and tutors;
- Aiding in the creation of informational materials, contributing to communication about service processes, and participating in forums related to internships and apprenticeships;
- Leading and supervising the sector team (6 members), assisting in their professional development, and conducting evaluations. Required Experience
Candidate Profile:
With a Master's degree in human resources or public administration management, do you possess a proven track record in similar roles? You should demonstrate a proactive approach to project leadership and possess strong writing skills for producing decision-making documents.
You should be well-versed in the challenges and techniques associated with developing a pre-recruitment strategy and fostering loyalty within the context of local authorities.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you are capable of uniting a team and managing personnel effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside various departments, educational institutions, and apprenticeship training centers.
