Position: Learning and Development Specialist at Helvetia Insurance Group
In the role of Learning and Development Specialist at Helvetia Insurance Group, your responsibilities will include:
- Working in close partnership with the training manager to execute the following duties:
- Support QVCT / CSR projects,
- Contribute to the organization of HR events (webinars, HR newsletters, onboarding days, job fairs),
- Assist in the rollout of Helvetia Academy,
- Participate in various projects, working groups, and meetings,
- Prepare for meetings and workshops (materials, facilitation, documentation),
- Potentially lead workshops.
Occasional travel may be necessary.
Qualifications Required
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources,
- Experience: ideally 2 years in training administration,
- Skills: legal acumen, excellent communication abilities, results-driven, analytical mindset, proactive approach, digital proficiency, adept in MS Office,
- Attributes: independence, organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, curiosity, adaptability, strong interpersonal and teaching capabilities.
