Headquartered in Poland, Base has 8+ independently-run teams across the globe, with a strong presence in Brazil, Czech Republic, Romania, India, UK, USA, DACH, and India. We are experiencing exponential growth and are scaling globally, with a team size that has grown 10x in the last 3 years, exceeding 230 professionals. We are now seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Marketing Lead to join our founding team in France.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping Base scale by understanding the market and generating demand. They will report directly to our DG France and work closely with our sales, implementation, tech, and support teams to create a happy, high-performing team and business. Our goal is to become the first choice solution for any ecommerce merchant or enterprise doing business in France.
Responsibilities- Customer Insights & Segmentation: Leverage market and customer insights to understand segments, refine targeting, and messaging.
- Brand Building: Work to increase brand awareness through content, events, trade shows, and online presence.
- Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads for our sales team.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling content tailored for B2B eCommerce audiences, including blogs, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Collaborate with industry influencers, partners, and external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility through co-marketing opportunities, webinars, and joint content.
- Digital: We are happy to hear from digital specialists or generalists who know enough to work on the below subjects with agencies/freelancers.
- Email & Automation Campaigns: Build and manage lead gen and nurturing email campaigns using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to drive engagement and conversions.
- SEO/SEM: Optimize website content and paid search campaigns to increase organic visibility and performance across search engines.
- Data Analytics and CRO: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, campaign performance) to continuously optimize marketing strategies and drive ROI.
- Overall: Build team France and work closely with our sales, implementation, tech, and support teams to create a happy, high-performing team and business.
