Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality assurance framework and associated processes.
- Plan and manage the operational execution of quality and safety management frameworks.
- Regularly update performance metrics and generate monthly reports on quality and safety.
- Facilitate and lead training sessions focused on safety and quality standards.
- Administer work instructions, ensuring clarity and adherence.
- Review and enhance procedures as necessary.
- Conduct audits related to safety and environmental practices.
- Investigate incidents and enforce corrective measures.
- Track non-compliance costs and collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues.
- Address conflicts with clients and suppliers effectively.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement required actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3/5) specializing in Quality, Safety, and Environment.
- In-depth knowledge of quality, safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Proficient in industrial management software and quality management systems.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Compensation: Competitive salary in the range of 45/50 over 12 months.
