Your Role:
- Oversee the daily functions of the Accounts Receivable department, including billing, cash receipts, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to perform revenue reconciliations.
- Devise strategies to enhance collection processes and minimize payment delays in partnership with the cash manager.
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to address billing concerns and improve the customer experience.
- Generate monthly and annual reports detailing the status of Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Identify and implement enhancements to streamline accounting processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Receivable team.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency with ERP and cash collection software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
