Senior Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our team at ATG Europe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing service level agreements with customers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage service level agreements with customers
- Define and maintain operational procedures
- Supervise and handle non-standard cases
- Coordinate and finalize reporting
- Negotiate new SLA/KPI upon modification of the service conditions
- Coordinate team inputs for the proposal of improvements to the system
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports
- Maintain tracking lists of archived documents
- Support internal and external audits
- Delegate and direct service tasks
- Select and integrate new members into the team
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities
- Provide a strong vision to motivate and inspire the team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Master's degree in Business and Administration or Process Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in consultancy services management
- High capacity to interact and communicate effectively with international teams
- Excellent background in managing relationships with stakeholders
- Proven experience in coordinating tasks across several teams/organizations
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU
- Accurate spoken and well-written English, at least level C2
