The moment has arrived for the agency to claim its rightful place within the Parisian agency ecosystem. We rely on your support to help us establish ourselves as the go-to agency for younger generations in the medium term.
Reporting directly to the commercial management, your role will involve expanding the agency's client portfolio by leveraging our focus on younger generations.
Your responsibilities:
- Expand the agency's client portfolio in your preferred sectors; if sports is one of them, we welcome that.
- Engage in private tender processes and contribute to the development of recommendations until closing.
- Manage client relationships from initial contact to contract signing.
- Maintain optimal client/agency relationships to foster upselling opportunities.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in new business development within advertising and/or sports agencies.
- Confident and persuasive in both verbal and written communication.
- Fluent in French with a strong command of English.
- Ability to make decisions and execute effectively.
- Proactive and autonomous, you are open to exploring new approaches.
- We aim to enhance our Sports segment; an extensive network in this field is a plus.
- You are curious and interested in engaging with younger generations (Gen Z and Alpha). In short, we prefer to avoid outdated perspectives.
