We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Manager to join our team at ELEKS. As a Senior Bid Manager, you will be responsible for providing consultation and advice on bid management procedures for government sectors in Germany, France, and Estonia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage bids for complex projects or large-scale contracts, including government domain
  • Demonstrate success in winning bids through effective proposal management
  • Develop a strong understanding of the bid lifecycle, proposal writing, development, and contract negotiation
  • Stay well-acquainted with the EU market, contract laws, and regulations
  • Implement budgetary and cost-control measures with solid negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Manage relationships with the client's stakeholders throughout the presales project duration as the main point of contact between the client and company in the presales stage
  • Lead the presales team and prepare/facilitate the preparation of high-quality proposals based on client needs/company capabilities, providing a response to RFP addressing vendor selection criteria set by the client
  • Contribute to defining best practices for the engagement process for enterprise client accounts
  • Work closely with ELEKS business development representatives to support them in the presales process and convert a lead into a project in delivery
  • Follow the ELEKS sales process and all formal procedures related to the presales process
