About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team at Club Med. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elaborate and submit arrival and departure schedules to the Front Desk Manager for validation
  • Organize welcome and transfer procedures for clients and relay information to the rest of the village
  • Welcome clients upon arrival and assist with departures
  • Establish and maintain relationships with airport authorities, airlines, and local travel agencies
  • Draft and dispatch transfer requests to providers and track invoices
  • Handle client comments and special requests, including luggage and flight changes
  • Apply Club Med standards and ensure adherence to hygiene and security procedures
  • Train and support receptionists in their daily tasks

Requirements:

  • Professional and discreet demeanor
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good sense of service and attention to detail
