Starther is on the lookout for an innovative leader to fill the role of Director of Senior Client Management. This position is pivotal in steering a team of Client Managers and enhancing revenue growth and client retention.
- Formulate and execute the strategic direction for the Client Management teams.
- Partner with executive leadership to ensure alignment of strategies with overarching business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client accounts to guarantee outstanding service and satisfaction.
- Spot growth opportunities and deploy strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Serve as the primary contact for significant client issues and work towards swift resolutions.
- Direct the strategy for Major Accounts to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Design and implement account strategies to enhance client value and stimulate revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales and Customer Management teams to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct business reviews with key clients to evaluate performance and discuss future initiatives.
- Adopt best practices in client management processes and tools.
- Track and report on account performance, delivering insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in client management and enterprise accounts.
- Proven history of managing and expanding enterprise accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills in both French and English.
