Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions to drive business growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop digital solutions
  • Manage and lead a team of developers and engineers to deliver high-quality digital solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and strategies to drive digital transformation
  • Ensure alignment with ENGIE's global digital strategy and ecosystem

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
  • Strong technical background in complex integration and technical lead experience
  • Agile mindset and experience with Agile methodologies
  • Project management skills and ability to deliver against plan
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineering School or University degree in computer science or related subject
  • Knowledge of renewable energy and digital transformation
  • Fluency in English and French, with additional languages a plus
