Cost and Schedule Management Specialist

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry. Our Protected Communications Systems (PCS) business is seeking a skilled Cost and Schedule Management Specialist for a $20M+ Post-Production Support program.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with complex contract and fee structures, customer engagement, and externally reported earned value. As a vital member of our finance team, you will enhance your skills in tactical thinking and multitasking, all while taking the initiative to drive impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute program and financial control actions, including supporting Estimates-at-Complete (EACs), External Reporting (IPMDAR), Monthly Operation Reviews (MBRs), and contract-specific deliverables.
  • Utilize program controls tools to provide targeted EVMS analysis that drives efficiencies and meets internal and external EVMS compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with key functional leaders to support financial reviews and execution of a $20M+ Post-Production Support program.
  • Provide timely support for ad hoc data reporting to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of related finance experience and knowledge of Earned Value Management Analysis.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products.
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or 6 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements.
