We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our AWS Enterprise Support team in Courbevoie, France. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our enterprise customers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure their success on the AWS cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop trusting relationships with customers, understand their business needs and drivers, and provide regular metrics and insights to assist with pre-launch planning.
- Utilize technical skills to solve complex support issues and technical challenges, and understand operational parameters and troubleshooting processes for customer issues and escalations.
- Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development, and improve customer capabilities by running workshops, operations, and architecture reviews.
- Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy, reduce costs, and drive efficiencies to mitigate risks in customer operations plans and product adoption.
- Work with customers across all levels, from developers to C-Suite executives, and collaborate across multiple functions within AWS, including Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
- 3+ years of experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for at least two of the following technical domains: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, or Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.
- Working with engineering/technology teams for large customers or a major segment of a large entity in the Public Sector, Enterprise, or Start-up industry.
- Able to communicate effectively in French and English within technical and business settings.
- Experience (3+ years) in the Financial Services industry.
- Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more decision maker(s).
- Experience in influencing management stakeholders on technical, operational, or business strategic decisions.
- Experience with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings.
