Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and autonomous professional to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). As a key member of our Partner Strategy RH team, you will be responsible for planning and executing audit missions, ensuring the highest level of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 30+ client engagements, working closely with our senior associates to plan and execute audit missions.
- Conduct financial statement audits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present audit reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our senior associates to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in audit and assurance, with a strong background in financial statement audits.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, finance, business administration).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
