Description

Join our team as a Digital Workplace Manager and take on the challenge of leading a squad of 8 collaborators in the Operations & Security department of our Technology Direction.

Your mission will be to ensure the smooth operation of our digital workplace and the success of our projects. You will be responsible for managing the equipment and infrastructure of our users, ensuring the technical and functional support of our IT systems, and optimizing our onboarding process.

As a Digital Workplace Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • Developing and implementing the strategy for equipping our collaborators and workspaces
  • Ensuring the technical and functional support of our IT systems
  • Optimizing our onboarding process
  • Managing user access and permissions on our various applications
  • Piloting our activity and ensuring reporting and budget management
  • Managing our partnerships and suppliers
  • Coordinating and animating our teams with our partner CAGIP
  • Ensuring information security and reducing operational risks
  • Staying up-to-date with technological evolutions
  • Planning and organizing the activity of our team
  • Defining clear objectives and priorities for our team
  • Designing and managing our reference documents
  • Implementing a continuous improvement process
  • Accompanying our projects for the evolution of our collaborators' and partners' needs
