Senior Environmental Impact Consultant – Environmental Assessment
Avature is in search of a Senior Environmental Impact Consultant with a robust background in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to become a key member of our Environmental Team within the Health, Safety, and Environment Division. The successful candidate will possess at least a decade of experience in EIA and environmental stewardship, along with a comprehensive understanding of both national and international environmental regulations.
This position entails supervising and collaborating with external experts on environmental impact evaluations, engaging with regulatory bodies, and delivering technical contributions for environmental project documentation. The Senior Environmental Impact Consultant will also be responsible for reporting on the progress of studies and managing related financial resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the environmental approval process
- Creating biodiversity data for EIAs
- Cooperating with internal and external partners
- Providing technical insights for Avature's standards
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Environmental Impact Assessment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
- Exceptional computer skills
