Description du poste et Missions

Nous recherchons un(e) Commercial(e) en CDD de 35 heures pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Rattaché(e) au Responsable de Club, vous aurez pour mission principale de promouvoir et vendre les produits et services du Club, notamment les abonnements et les articles dérivés, tout en visant à dépasser vos objectifs de vente.

Vos responsabilités quotidiennes incluront :

  • Représenter les valeurs de Fitness Park
  • Accueillir et informer les clients avec professionnalisme
  • Contribuer à l'augmentation du chiffre d'affaires du Club
  • Concrétiser des ventes avec efficacité
  • Fournir un service client exceptionnel
  • Respecter les procédures internes et les normes de qualité
  • Participer aux initiatives commerciales du Club
Profil recherché

Le candidat idéal est une personne passionnée par la vente et le contact client. Vous êtes un(e) véritable commercial(e) dans l'âme, avec une forte capacité d'écoute et un sens aigu du service. Votre enthousiasme et votre esprit d'équipe sont des atouts majeurs, et vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos compétences relationnelles.

Une formation de niveau Bac+2 dans le domaine de la vente est souhaitée, ainsi qu'une première expérience qui vous a permis de maîtriser les techniques de vente.
