Our platform operates in a Cloud Native environment, utilizing Azure for backend development in .NET, and Flutter and Angular for frontend solutions. We also have dedicated teams for data analytics, UX research and design, and CRM.
ABOUT OUR QA TEAM
The Quality Assurance team is essential in ensuring the platform's reliability and performance while reducing the workload for our engineering teams. Our mission is to serve as quality gatekeepers for our products and services, continuously enhancing our processes and tools to deliver exceptional value.
The QA community consists of experienced professionals engaged within various teams, focusing on:
- Integrating with Feature Teams alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and developers.
- Establishing the testing scope prior to development.
- Crafting Test Strategies and Plans for their teams.
- Executing tests, documenting issues, and ensuring resolutions.
- Automating test scenarios and keeping them updated with platform changes.
Our testing framework includes tools like Jira X-Ray for manual and automated testing, with API testing managed through Postman.
QA Automation Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance the automation framework.
- Provide tools to assist QA in automating their scenarios.
- Define and execute performance testing scenarios.
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality across your designated area. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Product Owners and Developers to identify and automate testing scenarios.
- Establishing an automation roadmap with a risk-focused approach.
- Aligning testing efforts for complex projects involving multiple teams.
- Acting as a gatekeeper to ensure platform security and reliability.
- Supporting fellow QA Engineers within the program.
WE VALUE YOUR EXPERIENCE
You could be an ideal candidate if you possess:
- 5-8 years of experience in software testing and QA, with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in both automation and manual testing techniques.
- Familiarity with test case management tools.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant software testing certifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse environments.
