Automotive Customer Success Specialist

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of customers in the run phase, animating monitoring committees, decision-making, and action plans necessary for relationship development and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure optimal use of Nextlane solutions and promote their adoption through proactive actions guaranteeing customer understanding.
- Provide the right level of information, training, and advice to customers, animating appropriate action plans.
- Regularly follow up on tickets, technical requests, problems, audits, and incident monitoring.
- Cross-functionally coordinate internal actors from R&D, Support, Sales, and Deployment to align teams on main customer challenges and execute action plans.
- Present the Product Roadmap, new features, and manage evolution requests. Orchestrate proactive consulting approaches led by product experts to co-build innovative solutions with customers.
- Proactively manage customer satisfaction and commit to SEO and promotion of Nextlane solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience as a CSM.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proven experience in Cloud/SaaS and On-Premise contexts, and customer management issues in complex and evolving technology environments.
- Ability to analyze and quickly arbitrate.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with ability to synthesize and convey clear, concise messages.
- Capacity to build trusting relationships with customers and internal teams, coordinating and orchestrating cross-department initiatives.
