CHU de Besançon seeks a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our esteemed Heart-Lung Department.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to exceptional patient care in both day and night shifts, at either 50% or 100% capacity.

Your Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular thoracic surgery. Your responsibilities encompass:

  • Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing personalized care plans.
  • Administering medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborating with the medical team to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Educating patients and their families on post-operative care instructions and promoting recovery.

Your Expertise:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who possesses:

  • A State Diploma of Nursing.
  • Experience in conventional care settings, particularly within cardiovascular or thoracic surgery units.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
