Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for children and young people
- Design and deliver educational programs and activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
- Act as a liaison between children, young people, and their families
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children and young people
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with children, young people, or families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education, childcare, or a related field
