Accor is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our finance team at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort and Convention Centre.
We are a global hospitality leader with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and service. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert payroll services to our team members
- Serving as the primary point of contact for payroll queries and concerns
- Accurately processing changes in employee statuses and benefits
- Participating in impactful payroll-related projects across our business
Qualifications:
- A proven track record of success in a similar role within a medium-sized business
- Experience within the hospitality sector is advantageous but not required
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of awards, superannuation, taxation, payroll, and employment law
- A passion for innovation and a willingness to drive improvement within the Payroll function
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy and attention to detail
